Finishing off a huge year, Chantal had the honor of attending the Gala Event for the SEEK Sara Awards 2024 as a finalist for:
"SMALL RECRUITMENT AGENCY OF THE YEAR 2024".
The SEEK Annual Recruitment Awards celebrate the people and recruitment businesses striving for excellence in the industry. It was an honour to be recognised and nominated from all the agencies across Australia.
Surrounded by the love and support of amazing family and friends, it was a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come. Being in a room filled with such incredible talent and innovation was inspiring, and Chantal was beyond grateful for this recognition.
To our team, supporters, and everyone who’s been part of this journey—this is for all of us.

Master Builders Awards 2024

SiteForce Recruitment once again was involved with the Master Builders Housing & Construction Awards 2024, sponsoring the Commercial Trade Contractor of the Year Award.
It's great to see our name up in lights too. Chantal Penny once again presented Awards during the event, sharing the stage with the winners in numerous categories. This fabulous night celebrates the best of the best in Queensland's building and construction industry.
Master Builders welcomed a packed showroom as usual, from apprentices to trade contractors, small family businesses to the biggest names in the building and construction industry.
The event is growing each and every year (and getting more glamorous each year).
The Good Blokes Society
July 2024
A fantastic event at The Good Blokes Society, a group of inspiring men building a community and celebrating being "good blokes". It was an unforgettable event with panels and guest speakers discussing a topic that affects the construction industry in particular, that is, Men's Mental Health.
Known to members as the GBS, the community has been built around the mutual enjoyment of sport, business and good old-fashioned Friday lunch.
The GBS provides a range of safe and secure platforms for men to create and develop their social and business relationships. Consisting of great blokes that share a common approach to life personally and professionally.
Of course, being State of Origin time, I had the privilege of sharing time with NRL legend, Wally Lewis.

Coraggio Advisory Board Meeting
November, 2023
You never know who will pop up at a Coraggio Advisory Board Meeting. Chantal had the pleasure of attending the Board Meeting with Dr. Glenn Richards, the founder of Greencross, the largest pet care company in Australia, a company publicly trading on the ASX and operating under the names Greencross, Petbarn, City Farmers, and Animates.
Dr. Richards shared his vast entrepreneural experience from a veterinary physician and businessman and now company director for six allied health and veterinary businesses and director of Montserrat Day Clinics. He is an advisor for enterprises that spun out of Shark Tank.
Coraggio is a professional development membership based organisation that helps members benefit by leveraging the collective intelligence of industry leaders assisting to grow each others businesses.
It's always a pleasure to attend and share with other industry leaders in a professional development environment, to leverage industry intelligence, insights and knowledgeable experience.

International Training and Speaking
September, 2023
Chantal enjoyed an inspiring international speaking opportunity to speak and deliver training to the leadership team at Boomering in the Philippines, a specialist offshoring talent outsourcing company.
Presenting the topic 'Moving from the Great Resignation through the Great Exhaustion into 'Talent Instinct' in 2023, Chantal gave great insights into where the recruitment industry is headed in 2024, developing 'Talent Instinct' and what SuperPowers are needed to thrive in the upcoming environment of recruitment.
An informative discussion was held on what is needed for high productivity and success in the recruitment industry, the necessity to have 'Talent Instinct", where you use and combine both intellect and instinct to achieve success, and key factors in attracting clients and match candidates successfully that will make or break a recruitment agency and its recruiters.
An interactive Q&A session was vigorous and highlighted how relevant and timely the presentation was.

Master Builder's Influencers Presentation
March 24, 2023
Chantal enjoyed delivering an Influencers Presentation at the Master Builders Influencers Lunch on the Gold Coast. Presenting the topic 'Let's Talk About SuperPowers - Moving from the Great Resignation through the Great Exhaustion and beyond in 2023 - The Next Stage: Human 3.0.'
Master Builders welcomed a packed house where Influencers delivered the latest information for the construction industry.
Chantal's presentation delivered current insights on where employment is headed in the industry in 2023, the new world order, adapting to change, an emerging new era (Human 3.0), the importance of the current climate to attract and retain staff and how getting it right or wrong and make or break us. An interactive Q&A session was vigorous and highlighted how relevant and timely the presentation was.
BOLTED - A Kinder Cup Day
1st November 2022
Chantal Penny networking at the Bolted - A Kinder Cup Day event. This alternative Melbourne Cup event is an exciting and surprising lunch that takes the best of the old — fun, fashion, food, wine — and transforms it into a unique, ethical and charitable event that raises much-needed funds for RSPCA (Qld) and women's cancer through QCGC Research. Glam-packed and horse free… the horses have well and truly bolted! So many personalities made it an engaging and fun event. The event was held at the Grand Ballroom at 48 James Street, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.

Chantal enjoyed being an Industry Award Presenter at the 2022 Housing and Construction Awards.
Master Builders welcomed a full house to the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Center event, where Brisbane Builders proved their expert craftsmanship and resilience during challenging times. The event and awards showcased the best of the best with a diverse selection of stunning homes and trendy towers, an exquisite mosque, and an energy-efficient warehouse.
Master Builders Influencers Lunch

Chantal was invited to be a Panelist for the Master Builders Queensland – Brisbane Influencers Lunch to give industry insights into 'Top Talent: Navigating Your Workforce Post Pandemic'.
The discussion explored ways to attract and retain staff and find the right people for your business. A lively discussion and many insights were given on how they win over and retain the right candidates. The feedback was great: knowledgeable, honest and upfront and a great help to the audience. The Influencers' lunches are an excellent opportunity for women, and the people who support them, to discuss a range of building and construction industry business topics.
NAWIC 'Authentic Leadership' Networking Event

Chantal networking at the NAWIC event on 'Authentic Leadership – Bringing Your Whole Self to Work'. This event had everyone talking about authentic leadership and their experiences in the workplace.
The event was an excellent opportunity for members and non-members of NAWIC to come together, network and see what our organisation does for the industry. NAWIC organises various activities for members and their associates, including social functions, annual Awards of Excellence, education seminars, site visits, mentoring programs, scholarships and key speaker events. This event was held at The Hub Level 13, 900 Ann Street, Brisbane.
NAWIC Qld Women on Tools Toolbox Breakfast

Chantal was in her element, networking with the theme #breakthebias at the NAWIC Qld Toolbox breakfast.
This event was attended by numerous women in trades and construction at 6 Quindus St, Beenleigh Qld. An amazing opportunity to hear from guest speakers about the importance of increasing the conversation around woman's participation in trades. Through these activities, the organisation continues to support the industry by attracting and retaining talented women and recognising men and women who contribute to promoting diversity of thinking.
AWIC International Women's Day Lunch
March 4, 2022
Chantal is networking at the AWIC (Awesome Women in Construction), joining in with attendees to celebrate International Women's Day with their International Women's Day Lunch event – supporting all women in construction. Held at Victoria Park Golf Club, Herston, Marquee. It was indeed an AWESOME day.
International Women's Day is a global day celebrating women's social, economic, cultural and political achievements. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity.
Host and Speaker, Toolbox Meeting with BUSSQ Super
November, 2021
SiteForce Recruitment following their commitment to educate organised a Toolbox meeting, hosted in conjunction with BUSSQ Super to talk about interview tips, resume writing and superannuation. As speaker and co-host, Chantal shared essential information and skills needed to equip all workers with the knowledge and tools necessary to advance their skillsets and careers.
BUSSQ Super discussed superannuation basics, including how it works, the different types of super funds, and how to choose a fund that suits your need.
Master Builder's Housing & Construction Awards

Chantal networking at the Master Builder's Brisbane 2021 Housing & Construction Wards.
The excitement was unmistakable as Master Builders Queensland welcomed a live crowd to the event at The Great Hall, Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre. The calibre of entries was nothing short of exceptional, despite the ongoing trade and materials shortages and price hikes hampering the industry.
The judging panel was delighted with the quality of construction, impeccable finishes, and level of detail on show in every project. Brisbane builders proved their skill and craftsmanship are nothing short of world-class, from sophisticated, aspirational homes to state-of-the-art counter-terrorism facilities.
